Billing and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in a class within 3 days of signing up to receive a full refund of your tuition fee. You will receive your refund within 30 days.

Once the program has been paid for and has begun, NO refunds will be provided; however, most classes will be recorded so that participants can download the individual sessions at their convenience.  Additionally, participants may attend ONE repeat of the same program at a future date space permitting.

We know that when it comes to choosing a marketing firm, there are a lot of things to consider. You want to work with someone that you can trust, that you know the work will be done right, and done well.

Because of this, we pledge that our services and results will make an impact. From our marketing consulting to our marketing classes, we stand behind the work that we do. We will work with you to make sure that our work is completed and held to the highest standards. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our services or your experience with Fairmont, we will work with you to make it right.  With that said, we know that you will be satisfied with our work and the results that you achieve.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Fairmont within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be returned in their original product packaging.  We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  To obtain a Return Authorization Number please email CS [at]  Please provide your name, address, email address, phone number, name or description of product, original order number if available, date of purchase and reason for the return request.  We will email you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions as to where the product should be sent.  Unless we have made an error in fulfilling the original order return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Once your return request is accepted you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
The Fairmont does not accept returns of items purchased from partners of Fairmont .  Refund request must be made through the direct seller.

You may cancel your new membership to within three days of joining and receive a full refund of your membership fee. Initial set-up fees will not be refunded. To cancel your membership and receive a full refund, please send an email within three days of joining to CS [at]
